Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Navyashu IT Solutions services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Services.

2. Services Description

Navyashu IT Solutions provides custom enterprise software development, consulting, and technology solutions. Services are provided on a project basis, with scope, deliverables, and pricing agreed upon separately for each engagement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a per-project basis. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to project agreements

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

• Work product created specifically for clients becomes their property upon full payment
• Pre-existing intellectual property and tools remain the property of Navyashu IT Solutions
• Clients grant us the right to use anonymized project work as portfolio examples

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranties may be included in individual project agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navyashu IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to terms specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Navyashu IT Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
